For visitors the main attraction would be the tearoom, but you can access the canal from it
along an enclosed path - so it could make for a nice winter afternoon walk
with a hot drink and a snack before you leave.

The marina is just off the Ormskirk/Southport road
From Ormskirk it is first left 100 yards after the canal bridge at Scarisbrick.
From Southport 500 yards after the Morris Dancers pub lights.

There are lots and lots of mooring spaces.

Access to the marina for boats is via this channel off the main canal.

Opened earlier this year this is the new Scarisbrick Marina for canal narrow boats.

Boat access is from the adjacent Leeds & Liverpool Canal
