ianmclean This slideshow has had to be relaunched, following the Great Photo Peach Crash of December 2012. Our counter had reached 2,955 visitors. Thank you everyone for supporting the work of Penrith PS.
Ros I bet these storytellers are still talking about their experiences starring in this production. Congrats to all!
Nikolai Wow! I really liked that, Stage 1 students!
dottl Too cute! You must have had a fun time producing and sharing ideas for this wonderful presentation.
helenac Thanks for bringing to life a wonderfully simple concept.
ianmclean Thanks Cath! The students enjoyed writing their article for "Scan". Notice that we have just added the photo with the actors' faces now that the parent consent forms are in.
Cath Keane So simple, yet so effective. I can imagine the excitement and discussion that went into its making.
Carmon Fantastic. I need to have a go at this, too.
ianmclean Thanks TM, it was a random tea towel from the library office, and one of the students noticed the border looked like a laneway. We also brainstormed terms to locate background scenery from the library Interactive Whiteboard's "Notebook" software.
TM of Port Pirie, South Australia Great use of all the parts of the photos. eg. the lane is the border on a piece of fabric apron - and then, it's the whole lane, with a bit of cropping! Fabulous learning taking place here.
Mary I think it's time I had a go. Like the way you don't show the students' faces.
Judy Inspiring ideas!
Tracey Fabulous! Enjoyed every second. Well done.
Gina Excellent!
Katherine Fabulous job, Ian and the kids! I'm sure you had lots of fun creating this.
