ianmclean Hannah, when you are adding captions, there is an option button on the left called "Quiz". Make sure to move your dot to the correct answer in your multiple choice list.

ianmclean Thanks Sandra. Carrying my iPhone everywhere for digital photography has really helped - and Photo Peach is a most efficient, user-friendly facility for building slideshows. Transitions are automatic on the free version. Just remember to leave plenty of blank space at the bottom edge of pics to fit captions.
